Why solve this problem?
Final Solution
Feedback from Mentors
Identify Specific Problem: Clearly define the unique financial challenge that your specific target group faces.
Define Desired User Behaviour: Determine the exact behaviour you want to encourage and the end goal for user engagement with the app.
Focus on a Specific User Group: Narrow down to one user group with particular needs, rather than creating a broad, general persona.
Align with Business Goals: Ensure the app’s purpose directly addresses what would motivate this specific group to choose and continually use your app over others.
Ideation Process
Each of us individually brainstormed ideas and then narrowed it down to the final features list.

Onboarding Flow
After Aaron downloads the app, he’s asked a series of questions to understand his needs and future savings goal
Through this we are trying to make Aaron think about his spending habits, making him more self aware

Impartial Investment ideas and resources
We help users turn their spending habits into investment opportunities. If you’ve saved $100, our app suggests smart ways to invest and grow it.
Community Features
The community feature in the app allows users to see where others have invested their money and the profits they’ve made. Investments will be displayed in a visually intuitive way for easy understanding. Additionally, users can seek advice from others within the community. Inspired by Reddit, this feature ensures unbiased suggestions, free from corporate promotions or product placements.
Budget Management
The app provides personalised suggestions on trimming everyday expenses, such as reducing how often you buy coffee from outside. By making these small adjustments, you can free up more funds to invest and watch your savings grow.
Features for which we couldn’t prototype during the hackathon😔
Due to time constraints, we were on able to implement one task flow and couldn’t make wireframes for some of the features.
